NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th February, 2021

G.S.R. 112(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 378H and sub-section (1)

of section 378ZL read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), and in supersession of the Producer Companies (General Reserve) Rules, 2003, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:—

 1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) These rules may be called the Producer Companies Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
